CAPTCHA
What is a CAPTCHA?A CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) is a test that humans can pass but computers can't. Our CAPTCHA adds a layer of security to web resources that can be exploited by bots or computer programs.
Online signup. Automated programs (bots) can simulate a person utilizing or requesting a web page from your site. For example, an online signup form requesting product information could be exploited by a computer program to request the information hundreds of thousands, if not millions of times. Free email services have been exploited by spammers using bots to automate the signup process and requesting thousands of accounts at once.
Anti-SPAM. CAPTCHAs are great at preventing SPAM. CAPTCHAs can theoretically prevent anyone but a human from sending you email. A person would have to pass a CAPTCHA in order to send you an electronic message.
Search Engines Search engines that do not obey robots exclusion standards can still index your website. Prevent search engines from indexing your resources with CAPTCHAs.
Our CAPTCHAs Our system communicates the authentication features of the CAPTCHA between web pages with encrypted variables. This encrypted data is the 'answer' to the CAPTCHA test. The answers are encrypted with some of the best domestic-grade encryption algorithms. All of the decryption of the answer keys is performed server side. The CAPTCHA test answers are therefore never exposed to the client in a computer decipherable format.
